• Reservation details: party size, date and time of your visit, any special requests.
• Anonymised usage data collected via Cloudflare Analytics (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not collect or store payment data (card numbers) on this website.

• Managing reservations and communicating with you — basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Responding to your enquiries — basis: legitimate interest in answering questions received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting) — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Improving the website based on anonymised statistics — basis: legitimate interest.

We keep reservation and contact data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and afterwards for the period required by statutory archiving obligations. Anonymised analytics data cannot identify you.
