1. Who we are
The data controller is SUSHI JOYS S.R.L., with registered office at Str. Golești 25, 100032, Ploiești, Prahova County, Romania, VAT no. RO40603086, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2019000868299, operating the “La Bulevard” restaurant (“we”, “La Bulevard”).
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law. You can contact us by phone at +40 747 141 419 with any data-protection questions.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide our services:
- Identification and contact details: name, phone number, email address — provided voluntarily when you make a reservation by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Reservation details: party size, date and time of your visit, any special requests.
- Anonymised usage data collected via Cloudflare Analytics (see the Cookie Policy).
We do not collect or store payment data (card numbers) on this website.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
- Managing reservations and communicating with you — basis: performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Responding to your enquiries — basis: legitimate interest in answering questions received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting) — basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Improving the website based on anonymised statistics — basis: legitimate interest.
4. Data retention
We keep reservation and contact data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and afterwards for the period required by statutory archiving obligations. Anonymised analytics data cannot identify you.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data may be accessed by our service providers (for example, messaging platforms used for reservations or our hosting provider), only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area unless necessary and subject to an adequate level of protection.
